Earnings from interest to create new scholarship awards may vary from year to year. Annual scholarship awards may fluctuate depending upon the rate of return of the donor’s endowed scholarship.

3.7 min HS GPA, 2.75 UNLV GPA
ACT/SAT scores may be considered primarily for new freshmen students (never attended college) regarding scholarship eligibility.

“FAFSA” is the acronym for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Many scholarship donors require a need based financial consideration for eligibility. You can complete the FAFSA form online at

Some scholarships may be renewable each year according to the donor's wishes. Although a scholarship may be renewed, there is no renewal guarantee based upon the academic strength of the overall scholarship application pool.

Scholarship Application Information
Future Students (Undergraduate)
UNLV Financial Aid and Scholarships
Student applicants must meet the following two basic criteria:
1.Must be formally admitted to UNLV and must be enrolled full time at the undergraduate level;
2.Incoming freshmen must have a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) or higher; returning students must have a 2.75 cumulative GPA or higher.
(Renewable up to 130 attempted credits)
1.2.75 cumulative GPA each semester;
2.Successful completion of 12 credit hours each semester;
3.Consecutive enrollment in fall and spring terms;
4.The Office of Financial Aid's Satisfactory Academic Progress policy.
