you for another semester. Please complete the Semester Enrollment
Form, have your advisor sign the form and return the completed
form to Financial Aid & Scholarships SSC 2nd Floor. You can also
fax the completed form to 895-1353 ATTN: Veterans Services.
Once we receive the completed Semester Enrollment
Form, your certification will be forwarded to Muskogee Regional
Processing Office. If you have any questions about eligibility
or payment please contact that office at 1-888-442-4551.
